Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Sri Ram Tours and Travels, we aim to provide reliable and hassle-free travel services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for bookings made through our website https://sriramtoursandtravels.com or offline channels.


 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance or full payment.
  • All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles and services.

 Cancellation Policy

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
  • 24 hours before journey: Minimal or no cancellation charges
  • 12–24 hours before journey: Up to 50% of booking amount may be charged
  • Less than 12 hours / same-day cancellation: 100% cancellation charges may apply
b. No Show Policy
  • If the customer fails to report at the scheduled time and location, it will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be provided.

 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
  • Transaction or payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.

 Service Provider Cancellation

In rare cases where Sri Ram Tours and Travels cancels a booking due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Driver unavailability
  • Unforeseen circumstances

👉 Customers will be offered:

  • Alternative vehicle/service OR
  • Full refund

 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • Service not fully utilized
  • Delay or inconvenience caused by the company

Refund amount will be decided after reviewing the situation.


 Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Last-minute cancellations (as per policy)
  • No show by the customer
  • Misconduct or violation of terms
  • Natural delays (traffic, weather, road conditions)

 Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Changes to booking (date/time/vehicle) are subject to availability
  • Additional charges may apply
  • Last-minute changes may not be accepted

 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes, riots, or unforeseen events

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled at management discretion.
