This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how booking confirmations and service details are delivered to customers.
Service Delivery Mode
All services are delivered in the following ways:
- Booking confirmation via phone call / WhatsApp / SMS / Email
- Driver and vehicle details shared prior to travel
- Service executed at the scheduled pickup location and time
Booking Confirmation Timeline
- Instant confirmation for available services
- In some cases, confirmation may take up to 24 hours, depending on availability
- Customers will be notified once booking is confirmed
Service Fulfillment
- Services will be provided on the selected date and time
- Customers must be available at the pickup location as per schedule
- Any delay from the customer side may impact service availability
No Physical Shipping
- We do not deliver any physical goods or products
- Hence, shipping charges, courier timelines, and logistics do not apply
Delays in Service Delivery
While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Vehicle breakdown or technical issues
- Unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will inform the customer and provide alternative arrangements where possible.
Incorrect Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details
- We are not responsible for service issues caused due to incorrect information (wrong pickup location, contact number, etc.)

- We ensure quality but are not responsible for delays caused by third parties
